 Having a baby is the greatest miracle in the whole world!  I still can't believe sometimes that God has such faith in us. To give us this power of creation. To allow us to take part in such a central part of his plan. I love all of my little boys! And I am so grateful to welcome little baby Dean into our family.  This blog is all about him! About the funny things he does, the smart things he does, the naughty things he does, and the WONDER that is HIM!  

 We had a photo shoot to celebrate his first week home. Dean was so sweet the entire time. Just staring at me and all the lights hitting the walls. He sometimes stares at one spot for ages! I tell Danny he is conversing with angels. So far Dean has been so good. After just a week he is sleeping most of the night. Only waking up once to be fed. Dean does like to go to bed late, to his daddy's chagrin. But we are working on that and hopefully he will start to sleep a little better. I am feeling super tired because of our wakeful moments every night and early morning. But as hard as it is to wake  up, once I look into his eyes I am transported to a better place and immediately fall deeper in love with my little angel Dean. 

 Dean looks just like his oldest brother Hyrum but he has the same coloring as Clynn. It's fun to see such a mix of the two older brothers in him. I hope they all look just alike. Hyrum and Clynn look like opposites to me, though everyone comments on how much they look alike. :) I love my boys, and can already imagine them as teenagers with their arms around each others shoulders. They will love each other, and be the greatest of friends. 

Dean's aunts think this picture looks like the picture of Baby Christ as he lays in the manger with hay.

My cool little man already has wings. His hair came already styled when he was born.

 Everyone INCLUDING Danny and I, love Dean's hair. I can't keep my fingers out of it. His hair is so thick and long, and super silky.

First Bath - All Wet!

Right after the bath his hair is somewhat manageable...
